What to do if there is no homework |
English: read!
Find a newspaper and look for letters to the editor. See if you can find some letters on the same topic with opposing viewpoints. Highlight the supporting details and points that are persuasive. Try marking the letters to the editor: what grade would these receive? What "next steps" would the author need to take to improve his/her grade?
History: find websites that relate to your research topic. Discuss your topic or current events with different family members and see if there are different points of view.
Math: practices algebra and integer question. Look online for these questions or make them up yourself. |
