The administrative staff at OP is by far the best in the world. Always hard at work, our administrative assistants are always organized and on top of all that's going on at our school. Among the hardest working people at OP, our administrative staff do an excellent job of keeping our school organized and on track. Whether it is taking care of notes and attendance, or helping students in guidance, it is safe to say that OP would not be the school it is without them.

Mrs. Filice is the Principal's Administrative Assistant. Please call Mrs. Filice to book an appointment to see either Mr. Rocco or one of the vice-principals, Mrs. Sgambato or Mr. Barzetti. Mrs. Filice may be contacted at extension 309.

Mrs. Lambie looks after the school's finances. If you have questions regarding receipts, cheques or payments please contact her at extension 300.

Please contact Mrs. Sullada at extension 311 to make appointments with counsellors, to obtain transcripts, to check applicant status on OCAS and OUAC, for general inquiries or to sign out college and university information booklets.

Mrs. Leeming looks after all student data involving report cards, addresses, new registration etc. Mrs. Leeming can be reached at extension 306.

Mrs. Stevenson is the library technician in the library at extension 333. Acquiring, processing, cataloging, circulation, mending, collecting, weeding, and shelving library materials are her specialties.
