The Focus
A look at what we are doing in class at the present time. Students, if your parents ask what you have been doing in class and you say "nothing" or "I forgot", here's your reminder. :)
Homework
A quick list of what you need to do tonight!
Calendar
An often-updated list of dates to keep an eye out for. Due dates for assignments and forms, sports activities, special days and holidays, it's all here.
Reading
Check out some books that you might be interested in! If you have recently read something you absolutely loved, let me know about it so I can add it to the list!
Files
Forgot that worksheet at home? Need to know what I am looking for on that assignment? You can check all of that from home by looking in the Files section.
Podcast
If any students are interested in running a podcast, please talk to me for more information. Some examples from last year are up already. Check them out!
You are getting older, and with age comes more responsibility. There's a lot to do and learn this year, and the rest of the school will see you step into the spotlight into the highest primary grade at Sir Wilfrid Laurier. I expect a lot from you in and out of the classroom, but you can do anything as long as you try. That's what I am looking for above all else this year - that you try your best every day. As long as you do that, you will have an amazing year.
I really look forward to spending time with you! Let's have a great year!
